@Karolyn I think the author is showing some of Heewon's insecurities and how she's projecting onto the other model. There have been hints in the story that she hasn't always been super pretty and carried herself like this so she's projecting her own fears and restrictions on this girl.

I get why she spat harsh words to MC, being rejected hurts and I try to forgive that tactless remark. But body shaming someone who is on a bigger side? That I would not let it slide. I applaude that model for standing up for herself. How funny she even wonder how she cant make friends.
