I mean, with how often he goes to her estate every other noble will think it is an arranged marriage already, and since its the strongest ducal house and the crown family people will object and try to kill her for sure.

Politics are messy though I suspect this is supposed to be on a lighter side and wont delve to deep in to politics, just lightly touch it like in this chapter.
