Yeah, Scylla is a good group but this is definitely the wrong title given all we've learned. She should be titled the Queen Consort, not the Empress Dowager. Empress Dowager is a title that would be given to the mother of the current Emperor/widow of the previous generation's Emperor. Hopefully they fix this going forward.
