@Joey102 Not the Goddess, but when he figured out who the Heroine is. Going by his reaction she's the one that kicked the shit out him the first time, and they both forgot about each other until now. She probably committed suicide after beating him since there was nothing left for her to do, came to our world, committed suicide again, came back to the original world, and the Goddess gave her immortality so she couldn't leave again.

Now, this manga could go into two directions. Stick with the gag manga style and they try more creative ways to kill the heroine, or do the logical thing and go after the goddess that did this to her.
