So I took a look at the first page of each English ch1 and concluded that I will be reading SecretScans version.

Not only does it have clearer english phrases they also translate the sfx. I am very likely going to continue with this group even though I know Asura is faster. Also not complaining about either of them, if there was only Asura available I wouldn't complain about the quality. I'm just glad that there are two group still continuing so people have a choice between fast and quality."

And now that I'm all caught up I am still on team quality. Yes, the last part about asura was a bit passive aggressive, but I also didn't mind taking a look at the differences while learning the nuances of Korean. As readers we should just appreciate what we are given and try not contribute to the drama.

After reading a couple of chapters on Asura scans, i too realized that they had poor understanding of the actual script & consequently their translation suffered. In fact there wasn't even internal consistency in their translations.

I'm not dissing on Asura scans, just stating that objectively Secret Scans has the better translation.

To those who are saying its a waste of resources for Secretscans to do this, you are wrong.
It's actually a good thing that some translators are doing some justice to the manga/manhwas that are poorly translated. It actually hurt the readers and the manga itself when its poorly translated because some jokes/meanings/deepness/emotions behind the dialogues are gone with the poor translation. Imagine reading a manga/manhwa and the readers only understand half of it.
So good job to SS for this.
