@ExecutiveDirector just read the name of this thing and the description dude, its the max level hero, its no spoiler to assume that he will not have any problem, ever, its the kind of manga that you just point to the other characters and think "how will the hero win this time? i hope he does something different" the thought that anything will be deep should not be existent here.

@ joel7686 you pointed out my main issue. He’s lived in the modern world and spent a thousand years with gods and high level beings. Yet he still struggles with things. That’s boring.

Also since he got to the tournament, the story tone has shifted dramatically. He wasn’t an exposition machine like he is now. All that’s happening is explanation and talking to the demon king. That’s why it’s boring.

I don’t expect huge depth but the story was actually interesting at first. Now it’s reduced to banality
