I don't think it was hypocritical though. I think her point was that it goes both ways. She isn't able to put herself in Saki's shoes and she assumes that Saki is the same way and can't really understand how she feels, so trying to communicate without that base level of understanding is pointless. Pretty pessimistic and short sighted, but not really hypocritical.Hypocrite.
What she said about "putting yourself in another's place" and being impossible to understand other people. She completely misunderstood Saki's intentions and feelings.
