I love the picture she's taken.
Since its for a competition and the theme she is going for is "something that truly exists, but cannot be seen by the naked eye" people will think its the enjoyment of music.
Only people who know of Kanon's lack of hearing may clue in that the enjoyment of the person playing is captured in the picture.
Senpai's face when she apologized with that huge smile, is the face that I have when I read yuri.
Damn, the yuri was so strong that even senpai may have to find her own girl.
Thank you for the scanlation.

I think there's more layers that make it a good photo. Well-thought out by the author.
Kanon is leaning on the piano and actually feeling the music. A viewer may not know she's deaf especially in her left ear... but it's highlighted how Kanon slumped heavily onto the instrument her partner is playing, and immersed in looking the instrumentalist.
That's not a blush of "wow how harmonic", it's attraction or deep immersion in another person. While she's literally feeling the vibes of the instrument. There's a kind of loop of feelings going counter-clockwise in the image. Very romantic.
Saki's expression isn't clear yet, it looked stiff but this series has proven unreliable about expressions in flashbacks. So that's a wildcard. Presumably Saki got into playing with full emotions (love), whether or not she shut out the day's stress.
Since the series is probably profitable and continuing a while, it's high time to disrupt the main relationship. Angst, flirting, and worldbuilding. This photo set makes progress too obvious, and the conflict is a bit too clean, so the photos hopefully don't resolve things too quickly. Disruption can flesh out future dating better than jumping into it.
So I hope people can recognize that we should stop winning soon. If the series changes gears to angst worldbuilding it's a good thing. Kuzushiro can be trusted to not be brutal.
Hamaoka is a goddamn hero, a guiding light for useless lesbians. Save a seat for her at the wedding.
Hamaoka-Senpai is MVP this chapter. We don't know when she clocked our protagonists as mutually romantic. Saki's been uncomfortable like Senpai had a clue from the start. My take is it wasn't immediate (the chat about finding truth out of initially ineffable vibes). But it didn't take long for Senpai to get a read on them. Kanon's implications were pretty blunt. The circumstances might've been unclear until Senpai caught the classroom encounter. And then she immediately changed things up to make the gayest friendship photos possible, recreating anywhere these two sneak glances at each other.
Thankyou Thankyou THANKYOU scanalators for posting this! I have been looking forward to each installment here for a while and I really appreciate all your work!
I feel like I should prepare Vaseline or something for digestion... Cause I ain't ready for that fist and my stomach can't handle anymore dram(gay or otherwise)
