that "perfect throw" ability is severely overpowered if you think about it, it homes in to the target and has a 100% chance of hitting them meaning you could get something lethal like poison laced weapons and such and just chuck it at your enemies and then win basically immediately, surely there are drawbacks we werent told about yet
