It's a report to the Guild, and the Guild already has a general idea that the MC's at least the same level of the Guild Master or stronger. MC also requested in this chapter to keep his achievements on the low since it will cause a huge ruckus because of his current rank.

Maybe Skullface Jacks have developed their culture in the last 500 years. Clearly this one was a high-level paladin just out in the woods practising its sick breakdancing moves, minding its own business. The MC just attacked it out of nowhere, for reasons that can only be described as racist. The MC is almost as racist as elves are.
