You won't obviously find that many manga like Overlord. After all, the demand for series with an evil MC is not endless. I can remember reading two others, both of which I dropped a long time ago, so I won't recall their names.

One was about a wizard who was disappointed in the world. He built a dungeon in which he trapped female adventurers as sex slaves. He killed all male adventurers. Things only escalated from there.

Another didn't have quite that evil of an MC. He was a dude who was reborn as a goblin and founded a goblin kingdom. He was more ruthless than evil, but definitely not an especially upright fellow, nonetheless. Actually, the name of this one might have been Re:Monster.

There are other fantasy/isekai with MC's founding a kingdom, even one with monsters, but I'd say the defining factor of Overlord is the MC being evil, so most of the superficially similar series can be thrown straight out of the window.

The 6 basic stats in the game world remind me of RO, and the fact that heal bombing undead is a thing makes the connection stronger. I love it. Power leveling time! Too bad there's no hp/mp full restoration mechanic every time she levels up. It isn't a game anymore, after all. People legitimately get tired after exerting themselves. If that level up mechanic was still a thing, it would've made her leveling significantly easier and faster.

The New Gate is like Overlord in the aspect of: Having a bunch of loyal followers and the MC is so overpower that no one can match him in anything. If it's about 'villain like' MC, of course The New Gate isn't fit on the category.

A manga that similar to Overlord is obviously: "Yasei no Last Boss ga Arawareta!". The MC is treated as evil by the world and also have very strong loyal followers. This manga is also similar to The New Gate, in terms of MC searching out the truth about his long lost subordinate and the secret of the world.

Another one is: "The Executed Sage Is Reincarnated as a Lich And Starts an All-Out War". in here, we have same 'bones' MC, loyal followers, ruling a kingdom with many race in it, and become the enemy of the world. Sounds like Overlord that much.

I can name another like, Isekai Mokushiroku Mynoghra.

I was thinking Diablo, but yeah, same idea. As happy as I was to hear the ding of levelling up in the midst of a tough fight, replenishing my hit points and mana, the mechanic of this manga is a lot more believable.
