It's basically just a giant mammal growl. A lot of translators have a habit of not translating onomatopoeia for some reason or another.

Ok, but if it’s that big and has its own speech bubble, written in (more or less) regular font instead of a stylized drawing (the reason why most TLs leave it alone; it’s too time consuming to redraw that and typeset the SFX with a suitable font), TLs normally DO TL the SFXs.
