Pretty sure the Moon Shrine is famous for its two beauties, and while all this time they thought Tiera was a catgirl, her "becoming" an elf doesn't change the fact that she's still a sexy beauty. Her not-so-modest outfit (but an improvement over her shop look, cover-wise) surely made the older boys in the orphanage feel "weird" in certain places...

Maybe Rashia, too. She's either completely out and proud, or even more innocent than most of those kids. For her the interpretation really could go either way.
