But the author/illustrator changed Remilia proportion to the point she look "flat" and that triggered me; because nearly every time i found a woman in manga that i found attractive, generally when the story advance, the women are dessined/illustred with less and less Curves..

To be fair there are stories that are tagged as NTR despite the characters not being in a romantic relationship. e.g. childhood friend, crush, sibling? (don’t ask).
I think for some it’s more about someone losing the person they love to someone else rather than the actual relationship status itself. Using that parameter I’d say this falls well within the use of NTR.

What are you yapping about? She has a slim, model build and has an hourglass figure. From the side, you can see her proportions even more.

I'm going to be real with you. The artist just gives Remilia a lot of outfits, and it's very realistic in how it's portrayed and alters the perception of her proportions. That's just clothing and fashion in general. The artist didn't suddenly decide to remove the size and shape of Remilia.

You described a love triangle. According to that definition, any love triangle that does not end up with a threesome is NTR or a complete wash, because someone is going to lose.
