Mr. Prince, you're not really allowed to be upset at this point. You are the second most responsible for all of this, just barely behind Pina. And being affected by a love potion is hardly an excuse. She wasn't mind controlling you, she just made you like her a bit more than usual. That shouldn't affect your ability to distinguish wrong from right.
He's the most responsible for what happened.
The condemnation and banishment of such a prominent woman in their society was only possible because of the weight of the authority the prince held. He was supposed to be the future leader of the nation and should be have better judgement.
As you say, he wasn't mind controlled. The potion increased favour towards the bitch nothing more. Any decisions he made he would have made if he genuinely liked some other girl. With his motivations it's likely he'd have attempted something similar even if he didn't genuinely like another woman.
As much as he liked Remi he was envious of her talents. His plan was to humiliate her to assert his authority over her then 'kindly offer' to forgive her and take her as a consort so he could have both girls. OG Remilia reasserting control and outright refusing after R/Emi's soul withdrew ruined his supposed master plan.
The fake star maiden only really had the authority the shitstains were willing to give her which is why when she messed up too much they restricted her ability to act even while still under the effects of the favourability potion. Had the men involved had principles she'd be unable to cause all this trouble even if they liked her.
I kinda feel sorry for the prince (and also a bit for most of the rest) though, he (they) didn't hold any interest at all for the b!tch before she used "brainwashing" charm potion and whatever else it was.
It's sort of like blaming someone for a car crash when someone else had cut the brakes on their car, it wasn't something they really could control.
I do understand that she feels betrayed by all of them but she knows those facts and that there's only one person (with the possible exception of some of the lesser witnesses) responsible, yet she insists on taking revenge on people (mainly the prince) who really can't be held responsible for their part in the events, I hate to use the term "victim blaming" but that's precisely what it is, basicly: he got drugged so that he couldn't think clearly, "set up" and lost his love. And that is somehow supposed to be his own fault?

It was
very clearly stated the prince and the other guys
were in full control of their actions.
They all had their own wicked intentions for taking part in the plot. They were all shitty people.
They weren't drugged. The potions effect was to enhance favourability. It enhances the like they already feel for her.
The potion
does not cloud their judgement of others or change their actions to others.
The Prince wanted to add a flaw to the his flawless fiancé to make himself feel better then take her in as a consort alongside his star maiden wife.
The other guys wanted to ruin her engagement to the prince and take her for themselves. One of them was even immune to the potions effects.
They all had these vile intentions to begin with. Fake Pina just gave them the opportunity.
