My thought was that she just throwed up from stress, if you are stressed enough you get sick, if stress spikes you can get nausea and throw up, get strong fevers, your consciousness can vanish mommentarily, have low blood pressure, etc.
Stress sickens, and sickness kills, so relaxing is a necessity to not die. Please try unloading some of your stress from time to time, and relaxing.
