Ah about that, I asked @Ganoush to remove the delay for tpw for a few chapters to allow people to get them faster.
However he forgot about chapter 36.

I didn't think I would have to clear this up, but no there was no chapter withholding or anything of the sorts. In an attempt to take a stance on the sniping, another translator and typesetter who was available at the time did a quick job of doing the chapters. The chapters were released the moment they were QC'd.

@Epicredeemer I also tend to prefer higher-quality scans and better translations + editing. Sometimes mediocre scans actually make it so that no one who is competent enough to do a better job feels a need to step up to the plate, which can be annoying. : / (Fortunately this does not appear to be the case here, lol)
