It's midnight and I just finished reading this. At first, I was only curious about how this story would portray love between women, especially in the eye of a middle aged man. But imagine my surprise when this story had me feeling like on a roller coaster ride because of the twist and turns. I thoroughly enjoyed it. It also made me cry, not only in sadness but also happiness. I also learn a valuable lesson that made me rethink my relationship with my loved ones and life itself. It has been a wonderful experience. I'm glad that I encountered this story.

Seconding what larversel wrote. This made me rethink my relationships, love, and life. Lots of gray areas and moral conundrums that made me cry, despair, and look forward to life at the same time. Even if you don't take away a main lesson or moral, it questions and prods at thoughts and feelings I otherwise wouldn't. Highly recommend.
