Although I love this kind of drama, I always wonder what is it about being the empress that is so tempting? Yes, I know the empress has access to most of the land richness, she also has a lot of power. But the work you have to do as the mother of the nation...ugh

I am fortunate enough to know a lot of rich people. From what I see, with money and power, comes a lot of problems from people around you. They either feel entitled to your money, using your name for their own benefit, slandering you on every opportunity etc..You do get to buy whatever you want and experience many exotic things or entertainment, the novelty wears out quickly though.

Personally, I just feel it is true that too little or too much of something is not good for you.
