Oh see I would pretty much interpret that behavior as the opposite, in that he sort of cares about others interests more than his own, since he's wasn't dating those girls because he wanted to but because he felt he should. He's dating people because they like him and he thinks the right thing to do is reciprocate their feelings even if he doesn't actually share those feelings.

That's why i said my opinion is changing true enough minato thinks like that but we also saw that he doesn't care that much if he hurts someone by doing that without feelings
