Thanks for the chapter!
I'm a little confused about the sentence on page 5 saying half of the former Duke's wives were queens. The way it's written is saying Triskiel's stepmothers were all queens (if so queens of what, seems odd for so many queens to be one of several wives of a Duke,) or is it a translation error and meaning should be half of the former Dukes' (meaning not just Triskiel's father, but half of his x great grandfathers who held the position of Duke before,) daughters had married into the royal family and became queens? Hope Triskiel has enough honor to keep his end of the deal and genuinely help MC's mother and sisters without murdering them. After all, it's not like can risk her seeing them and being exposed as their family and not the princess so could be like a lot of other scummy nobles who have no intention of honoring their promises and eliminates them to both keep them quiet and so doesn't have to deal with them, or just for the sick pleasure of having her jump through hoops for their benefit before watching the despair and grief when finds out he murdered them long ago and all her effort was for nothing. Although while he does seem cold blooded he does seem to have some emotion as was troubled by her tears so likely to honor his part of the deal as long as she keeps up appearances. Worst case is he looks after them so can threaten them if she isn't able to do a good enough job or tries to rebell.
