Did he even understand that when a woman dresses up to her finest, asks you over, cooks home-made dinner for you and even serves you wine like that.. That she's VERY into you..?

This damn fool. He didn't even give her any special one-on-one goodbyes, or promise to write her or anything like that..? I'm disappointed.

She didn't have to be his only wife/gf, if he wants the harem route, but it was very clear that she's a fine woman by this worlds standards.

Liked Tini way more when she was the mysterious secretary and not just simping over the MC.
Almost funny how the author discarded so quickly discarded her relevance in the story.

Man's got bank but is going to make more bank and power, and using powers of prediction, MC will become an insanely profitable merchant probably selling magical medicine and artifacts only he can make. Then he will discover some resources only he knows about, all being sold by one merchant company he creates, as he slowly surrounded by women.

My comment's late and I'm not gonna bother to @ing at previous commenters, but here's my take on it that should clear things up for future readers.

Tini's goal is to find the perfect man/leader to stay in the unit and help lead the soldiers, so obviously once MC announces he will leave after a year, already ruined her plan.
She also isn't a "easy girl"(probably still a virgin), she took so long to even make moves on the MC, and she most likely was the first to stop the seduction too. She plays it smart, not throwing herself away at any man.
And MC's just got other places he needs to be cause of the plot. Maybe Tini will appear in the future, who knows.
