"Even a bald teacher would do push ups daily" sounds like a Saitama ref, but is there any esoteric Chinese ref that's being overshadowed by it?

Though in Saitama's case, he's probably the only one in his entire universe who does push ups daily, along w/ his other work out activities, so the "even" thing throws it off a bit.
