Can't tell if you are being genuine or not, but if you are, then what she means is that she won't just go and make his life easier in this and any future rounds, she won't solve his problems out of her own volition since he needs to grow as a leader and such, but if he orders her to do something within the context of a round, she will do it.

Best example is, let's say in one of the rounds there is a puzzle to solve. Since she already lived through this before she knows the answer, but she won't go and tell him the answer. He needs to figure out the answer first.
