i like the art, but i think will be a little dificult to follow the action part, the plot and the habilitty could be interesting, when i read "corpse king" i think in zombies and things like that, so my first thought was that his party was people he bring back to life, but is clear (for now) its not the case, lets see how this develop

I still don’t really understand why he would help the goddess. Now it might just be me, but I would probably not like her after she pretty much had every one of my good friends indirectly (honestly directly) killed. And it’s not even like she tried to make up for it.

She just sent him back to his real world to deal with that trauma by himself. And then the moment there’s more problems in her world, she calls to him expecting him to help again, acting like he owes her or something. Like the guy himself clearly has issues with everyone dying hence why he wants to remember them.

The art looks good, but please don’t just dodge how fucked up that is or my interest will nosedive.

I'm not entirely sure about this part, but there might be an important change between the two summons.
In Chapter 1, page 11, the MC mentions that he was sent back forcefully and the goddess replies "that's why I summoned you in person".

My understanding is that he was summoned by the humans the first time, which allowed them to terminate the summon one-sidedly. The goddess didn't decide to do so.
This time, the goddess summoned him herself, which means that humans can't "unsummon" him this time. He is here on her terms instead.

There is also the possibility that she is not omniscient (very possible given that it's a pretty rare trait in eastern fiction and mythology, even among gods), so she might think that the "Helheim" that is currently rampaging in her world is his legacy, which would give him some degree of responsibility as the founder of the original organization.

Her family's biggest claim to the throne seems to be their descendancy from the hero, and the dude just introduced himself as the dude who murdered the hero's 32 companions and now he's going around freezing forests and killing folks.
