I really love the style this manga was originally drawn in, pg 38 shows the dichotomy between that and the current style well.
Now everything's become soft and smooth, it's not interesting to look at anymore. All the friendly monsters look like big babies, and even the MC went from a visually dynamic and detailed dictator to a run-of-the-mill pasta headed isekai brawny-freak.

Pasta headed ie he doesn't have hair anymore, he has pasta on his crown. Compare his hair in ch 1 to any of the recent ones and you'll know what I mean.

Well after RL Putin revealed his true colors by invading Ukraine the mangaka had to scramble to disassociate the early "Isekai-Putin, tough manly man" chapters from the series to avoid it getting canceled literally.

Honestly I don't mind the softer look, it actual suits the cosmic horrors that are the Dragon-Vein infected very well.
