Somehow I can understand Pride's fear at the end. Two demon lords fused, then a kid appears with a shady deal of "give us your mark, we will exchange it with a stronger mark!", then the fused demon lord got easily defeated by the dangerous kid with a single slash, and had their marks stolen. Now said kid is coming for her lol
