"la larme", "les larmes" the "s" it is for the plural and "la" does not place itself in front of a word in plural, (le / la) it is for singular.
In the case of "la/les" we speak of the tear itself (there is one tear for "la" and more than one for "les")
but it can also be "une larme", "des larmes", "mes/ces/tes larmes", "ma/sa/ta larme" and others... it depends on what/who we are talking about.

Je pense que c'est plutôt "la" ou "les" larme(s) plutôt qu'une larme, car c'est le nom du château je pense et utiliser "une" dans le nom d'un château serait plus qu'étrange.
