I want to say Im happy with everything, but somehow deep within me Im not..

I mean, it's fantastic that he's now free to go out with Jia, because after all she's not a bad girl and HE IS AMAZING. But the way everything was "solved" was kinda hard on him, and he did suffer a lot. Obviously is by far for the better as the story is going (and I hope so be it), but he indeed suffered, and tbh such a nice Mc didn't deserve that treatment.

Once again, I'm really happy that he broke off his relationship with her ex girlfriend (well she broke it) but deep inside me I was waiting for not something so "hard on him".

I too am not too happy that Gorilla has to go through all this shot, and while I want him to end with Jia, I'm kt a fan with how the author turned the girlfriend into a cheating bitch. To be honest though, I don't think there could have been a development that wouldn't left me sorry for at least one character. What I hope now is that author writes a proper development for Gorilla and Jia (it already started at the beginning of this chapter) so their relationship doesn't feel like him just trying to move past his ex. Speaking of ex, I suspect she will come back to him at the end if the story in order for him to reject her in favor of Jia (I hope ).
