I don't have an easy way to rip from that site and it's non-trivial to do it manually, plus if there's one error there might be more and I'd rather have a clean copy.

Having said that, the report that made me create this thread was wrong and I didn't catch it - page 1 isn't missing, it's just swapped with page 2.
