Seems a little haphazard to have nobody supervise the return of the goods. Though I suppose the MC might have left such a strong impression on the people involved that they won't cause trouble.

I hope nothing bad happens to the little sister when the MC suddenly abandons her like that in favour of some random noble family.

divine!??!?!?!? DOES THAT MEAN THAT THE MONK IS REALLY IN HIS BODY!!?!???
well, jokes aside, does that mean that he has a master who is a divine being? or something close?

Uhm ... weren't they planning on NOT going to the North, because of political unrest? Great going, Kyung-Ho! Now both Jung-Woo and his sister will run straight into danger on their separate paths! ?

Also, kaeldy, I think the translation made a little mistake, causing a misunderstanding. The MC has never before even mentioned having a master (in martial arts?), so I'd guess they meant to say "This ki ... it's similar to A master's?" In other words, the mysterious beast's ki is at the level of a master.
Unless he meant his scholar master from the 1st season, of course ...

@angie7 @kaeldy A teacher can be seen as a master, his teacher taught him to be a scholar, therefore teacher is a master, look back at around chapter 30's, he foreshadows it before and he brings it back up here again. The only difference between now and before, is that he has something to relate his master's ki with.

@sujinko i could see it being he and the monk's Ki or whatever fused together upon reincarnation. Or some residual aura from when he was killed.

@Hatigarm Ah I see, so he did mean his teacher. Thanks for the clarification!

Also, is there a difference in context between "Master" and "Teacher" in the original language, or are they synonyms? I remember in Onepunchman Genos changing from "teacher" to "master" when Saitama told him not to call the former, but now I wonder whether "master" might be more respectful in meaning. Although my native language isn't english, as far as I know the English "master" is more used in a master-servant relationship. In other words: master = someone of higher status. Teacher is usually used specifically in education (someone who actually teaches someone else a certain skillset).
Although someone could also be called a "master" in some craftmanship if (s)he knows his/her craft exceptionally well, like the old smith in this story. Hm. But now I'm making it more difficult to myself, since the MC's teacher from the first season is probably a master scholar too, and maybe even a master in martial arts since he was able to "jumpscare" Jung-Woo. Argh, language can be so complicated.
