I wonder the stats on that unless he means trainees /friends bc other than roles that require real twins I guess acting is a Solo job
Tho “parachute” kids aside I’d think there’d be more of an equal opportunity in auditions or a directors whims compared to singing and dancing which is also objective but more noticeable when ur off key but if
