Translation issues aside, it's pretty garbage. There is no characterization, the plot moves at lightspeed, and every fight amounts to, "I used my free power-up that came out of nowhere to beat [x] bad guy".
Imagine a wuxia, distilled into its simplest form: boy powers up for no reason and saves damsel in distress, acts like a dick, and beats up comically-bad villains. Except it has about as much story depth as a game of checkers.
