I think just cross dresser is fine bc the the other has a more negative connotation these days, might depend on how the author wrote it, I assume Otoko no ko tho based on the cover idk if it’s that similar to other crossdressing bls where they look basically like a girl even before a skirt is put on but I know some cross dressing bls can be hit or miss but it’s not a huge deal (tho if he actually identifies as a girl as like a trans woman that’d be a diff story but we don’t rly have a trans tag versus genderbend), but that’s a whole nother convo good luck translating tho
