It should be, it breaks rule 1.8 of mangadex: "Permanently withholding some of your scanlations to a series for the purpose of attracting users to your site is not allowed."

I say it's better than forgetting about the series completely and never touching it again. I'm happy getting this occasional reminder this series exists, even if I have to hunt down the in-between chapters.
