on page 20 they said "for 3 days and 3 nights the fire in danafor kept burning" then found woman who still alive and give newborn elizabeth...

Technically, the baby Elizabeth was already conceived and pregnant in some woman while Danafor Elizabeth was still alive. So either the curse or whatever already knows when Liz will die and already had another Liz being born already soon. That, or whenever she dies, she immediately takes over some random baby somewhere and the baby becomes Liz.

No, it's a mockup sketch of scenes that were added in the anime. These scenes weren't in the manga.

I think these scenes they added for the anime were really good, it's too bad the manga didn't have them! But at least we get these storyboards.
