It's in the first couple of chapters, where he's whining to his little brother about how easily the otouto got a girlfriend and how much sex they've been having while he can't seem to get a girl to even speak to him a second time. We then see how the middle three sisters have been badmouthing him to any girl who shows even a spark of interest and outright bullying the ones who aren't dissuaded. The unintended consequence of this is the youngest sister thinking she has a chance since literally no one else will go near him.
