That was a good manga. It had all the components to be one.

Mmm. I dunno. There were a lot of conveniences that went on throughout the plot. The story felt like a blend of other stories that came before it.
I don't know why there was so much brought up that just didn't matter, and in ways the plot felt rushed. The entire Family Battle Royale thing was pointless, to the point where I question WHY there were even so many brother and sisters in the story. You could've trimmed it down to having just Jold and one or two siblings. We didn't need so many extras, and could've certainly done with un-obtusing the plot.
It's just stupidly convoluted without reason. The story could've been done straightforwards, and to me would've been fine.

I'd have to reread through it to be more descriptive of my complaints because I know I held a lot back since I was waiting for something big to happen, but it just up and ended instead, thus dashing my hopes.
But quite frankly, I'd have absolutely no urge at all to ever reread through this again, so. That's that.

Big meh. Art was good and that was about it, many plot threads untied or poorly explained, too many McGuffins, emotional connections felt shallow too
