Oh? My favorite novel in a manga form! I have to read it. I don't have any hope that it will be as good as the original (which in my mind is a masterpiece), but I might be wrong.

A lot of the Variety Art Works manga are really dodgy, being a product of quantity over quality, but sometimes you find a few rough gems mixed in that deserve to be seen. The JP script seems to make frequent errors that come from misreading the original text, so I hope I will be forgiven for trying to gently shepherd it back to something that does a small bit of justice to Goethe.
