Yeah, when I think about adventure in another world, it would normally be about exploring different culture with different races, finding new, interesting things, trying new food . In Isekai it is about going to world semi based on very primitive take on medieval Europe and showing them why Japan is better in everything while taking enormous harem of girls, often slaves that don't have any problem being slave, because "Master is such a good person".
