You sure she's not a thot and plan to corrupt you with her "kindness"?

@greatninja3 I think the ecosystem was already destroyed there with the appearance of the Mother Slime. It's said that it could consume anything and could produce more slime which could also consume more stuff from the ecosystem.

@Cinnamonalt If you consider a one sided love of a girl who will never be realized - at least till the latest chapter of the novel - as romance, then go ahead. Well, the novel hasn't finished so there's still hope.

This is the same with Nisekoi having a harem genre listed in the information page when in fact there's no harem whatsoever in the story. For me the definition of harem is when a man/woman having multiple wives/husbands. If a boy have girl friends who romantically likes him can be considered as harem, then me and lots of boys in this world is a harem king.

Smh... really, an OP MC that blew up a freaking mountain couldn't do anything to hide his secret. Not any killing or brainwashing her? Feel like a forced story. Disappointing...

I think the reason she can trust him so much is actually her flaunting her bust and tight out in the open all this time, and seeing him not jumping her yet 😏

We just learned the real reason why she trusts him so much in the novel. It actually makes sense now her actions in context.

As you said, the novel is still on-going, so there is very much still the possibility for romance (for either one or multiple girls, hence harem). I mean, while I love romantic development in stories and really don't like to see it baited only to not follow through (especially in a harem style), it's understandable why there wouldn't be any concrete progress yet. They are, after all, in the process of a war for the throne... romance can come later, unless a marriage would be of immediate political importance to their cause.

@Normalguy7

He literally explained in the chapter why he couldn't kill her (it would raise suspicion and he would be the prime suspect) or alter her memory (the magic being ineffective on memories with a large impact), did you even read the chapter properly?

@Xoldin

The two main heroines of this story have deep ties to the MC who himself doesnt realize or remember it at first. For Finne, he actually met her years ago when she was young and he gave her advice when she was about to be presented to his father the Emperor and how to overcome her fear and anxiety for that meeting and event. She admired him ever since as she views him as someone who cares for others (Chapter 118 of the novel). When Al met her father in this chapter and later was identified as Silver, she saw he was the same boy she has known for years and wanted to repay his kindness. The other heroine yet to be introduced, he went to prison for as a young boy.

I love that page of him casting the spell. It's so viscerally drawn. I'm even wondering if it was hand-drawn before being touched up on the computer, although I think it was probably all digital.
