and once again. Just like every other god damn Chinese novel.
The "pure and innocent Chinese" must fight against the "evil and arrogant foreigners".
I"ll say at least this time they are using a fill in country name instead of outright demonizing Japan or America or something... so that's something.
Iron Ladies was by far the worst outright spending an entire chapter declaring the rest of the world stupid and declaring China was the only proper government that would rule the universe. It didn't even tie into the plot, the MC just goes into a random ass rant for an entire chapter.
In comparison to that this is downright respectful of other counties ... in comparison.
I wonder if the chinese government has some kind of mandate where authors HAVE to glorify China at some point in their novels. Because the MC going "we must fight for China" really doesn't suit his personality. Since when did he care about that? They had to beg him to even show up!
