It's probably that an E rank poison is enough to kill/effect an average E rank hunter and gets nullified by an E rank cure. An A rank poison thus is capable of killing an A rank hunter. The plus probably means that it is more deadly but still in the same tier of cure.
Or heavy manhwa logic and we should be paying attention to the toe-beans more than the stuff those beans are holding.
