Unrelated but I really dislike hearing the story where wolves are hunted using a blade with frozen blood. I hated even typing that. I first read about it in a book when I was a very little kid who just started being able to read words in textbooks. But as someone who literally "sees" the scenes playing out as I read (as in I see the scenes I read like a crisp full-color widescreen 4k movie playing in my brain complete with sfx, lol), this story was the first to shake my very young innocent self. It haunted me for weeks. I wouldn't say I have great eidetic memory, but the scenes I "see" in my brain when reading words seem much harder to forget.
Nobody really needs to read this. And I know no one cares. I just needed to let that out. Sometimes I wonder if there are other people who "watches" what they read like me.
