Eleki and Buri are the best.

Cyclops.... is relatable.

Kids, people with bad social skills (sup lol), whoever you are, if you find yourself agreeing with Cyclops or her perspective, reexamine your approach to friendships and how you self-validate. Friends are more than sycophants you share "interests" with. People like Cyclops tend to be rarer in Western societies with non-homogeneous populations (i.e. everyone doesnt look and talk the same) since it's a lot harder to be the asshole asking "Why can't we all get along?" when there's no cultural standard and aesthetic to model yourself after. Like, don't get me wrong there are attempts but those usually end up solidifying the existences of subcultures with their own alternative standards and aesthetics. This also happens in Japan but since the population are all relatively similar the cultural standard is much stronger, so you do get a lot of people like Cyclops with their comprehensive list of Safe Answers to questions that nobody wants to be honest about in a social setting.

It is very important to appreciate the people who have the balls to tell you to fuck off to your face. Those are the people who will not lie to you. You are guaranteed to fuck up socially, but there is a world of difference between people trying to make connections for safety and those trying to make connections for empathy. You have to deal with both, but one of those types of people will have your back, if you actually listen to what they're saying.
