It's just a minor mistake, however do not affect the story so much.

The first dialogue is flashback to Kouki's in Ch2, P3.
The second dialogue is flashback to GALs' in this chapter, Ch4 P1.
Hence these 2 FLASHBACK dialogues should be the same as original ones....

However this isn't affect the story that much.

The first two panels are flashbacks, yes.
And the first panel reused an image of Kouki on the veranda from Chapter 2
(I believe that's the scene you're referring to?)

The text is different, however. This time it's Nao's inner thoughts.
これまで通り　//　めっちゃカッコよかったね

The first sentence means literally "Just like up until now."
The second sentence is almost the same to the gals' dialogue, save for the ねー (long end sound)
at the end. So I tweaked the translation to fit the first sentence, and to reflect that this is Nao's thoughts, not a full flashback.

I'm also still a learner of Japanese, and I hope to improve as a translator, so I always welcome critique.

This is what I mean. Those 2 dialogues are flashback which cause negative feelings to Nao. It's a kind of flashback-pun.

First dialogue might also have indirect meaning = "We are still brother and sister as ever" (So, yes, Nao had gotten bad impressed from this flashback)
Both dialogue should be the same as from original owner(Kouki& gals).
For first dialogue it is up to you to pick which part of original sentence to insert here. (Because JP and EN have difference sentences' structure though.)

I would say I still count this as incest since they have been raised as brother and sister since they were born, not to mention they have liked each other before they knew they were not blood related. Still I am interested to see how far the author is going to take the story.

@Vini Incest is only considered a sin and is illegal because of the repercussions of in breeding. As long as you're not related by blood, its legally not incest. But whether it is incest morally? Well, that depends from person to person. In these mangas you usually see childhood friends growing up together basically like brother and sister, why do you find that ok and not this? I guess its just depends on how you present it. Presenting it as childhood friends makes it feel alright, but change that into step-siblings and suddenly its the plot for a kinky porno.
