Man, this series is a master at subtle story telling, as this is the final chapter of Mirei and Kyouko's love story. I thought I would clarify the story in a spoiler here.

Kyouko and Mirei/Oumi Rei are pretending to be gay for business purposes. Kyouko is actually in love with Mirei, but the feelings aren't mutual. Mirei treats this as a way to satisfy Kyouko's romantic feelings as a way to keep their friendship in tact. Kyouko starts a situationship with Ataru after a one night stand since both women are in love with people they can never be with. It was at least serious enough for Ataru to quit smoking. This all comes to a head in chapter 69 when they run into each other with their lovers: Kyouko with Ataru and Mirei with a man. The next two chapters have Kyouko and Mirei confronting the issue while drinking and taking the drunken Kyouko home. The closest thing to a confession is Kyouko grabbing Mirei's shirt, and Merei's response is to say that she wants to treasure their friendship, softly rejecting Kyouko. She gives her control on if their friendship will continue by saying Kyouko can decide if and when they hang out again. Kyouko ends the situationship with Ataru and faces her love head on, as suggested by Ataru starting back her smoking habit. The conclusion is then on chapter 78, as Kyouko asked to hang out again. The first panel on page 3 saying, "It's not good to force yourself," with Mirei sweating profusely suggests that the "business yuri" is done and that they won't continue it for the true purpose of trying to keep their friendship together.

In other words, they are now back to being best friends and will continue to do so without the unrequited love holding them back.
