I tried to google lens it, it was random syllables. I flipped the image and tried again, and it had a few words but was nonsense. That could be lens being shitty, or indicate there were other changes to the text, or just be random shit the author or tl used.

Arabic words' letters are usually connected by their unique writing style. Also arabic is written from right to left but you can see the exclamation mark thats usually at the end of the sentence be on the right end side which is unusual. I managed to google translate the first few letters and it gave out a "Groan" but i cant continue on cause its as if theyre writing it like this

for anyone asking what is the meaning of these Arabic words, its just nonsense lmao, tried reading it normally, reversed, nothing came out
EDIT: nvm, i read an actual Arabic scan and it translates as : something... i saw something close, over there.
