Every chapter has been telling me this story wont be that amazing. This chapter actually made it clear that the first few chapter talking about how Kim Woojin could not fight against Deculein character has become moot. Only that it gave him characteral camouflage so he would be "natural" as Deculein.

Honestly, it would be interesting if one of the main characteristic of Kim Woojin which is "Lazy" were to actually effect Deculein's characteristic. But the story actually has constantly made points became pointless. And the biggest one being mc is not a real villain.

Yeah, MC original traits got overwrote, he is anything but lazy right now, he does know about the game, but less that what a isekaied player usually shows, but being a dev he should knwo more.
He did use game knowledge to get some advantage, and thanks to playing around with the character he counterbalanced his negative points, but for now it doesn't truly feels like a mixing of original villain and isekaied MC, the villain seems to take more.
Well, MC doesn't want to be a real villain, he wants to erase the death routes, but can't simply erase the body previous actions, he doesn't even have memories and so can't make ammends, apologize, compensate or think about the people that hate him that weren't in the game he tested.

He should though. He was in QA, and he has played the game tons of time, so it's kinda weird he acts like he's clueless all the time.
Also like someone else said I assumed the traits of the og chara would effect him more, but the don't and how he's clueless as a noble too is kinda irking.

Well, for one, the game is a pretty large story game with supposedly unlimited routes... or at least the number given for testing deculein, 1000 routes?

For two, the routes are made via use of 'intelligent AI', so the story flow isn't set in stone..

For three, the game testing would be from the pov of the player character, not Deculein,

For four, Woojin's job didn't seem to be writing or anything that would make him know tons of useful obscure events. He did some modeling and bug testing.

He IS clueless. He has, like, 3 weeks of memories being Deculein, and 2 of those were spent lazing around pretending to be ill or actually a bit ill in bed at home.

That's really for the better.
You should know, any game mechanics in stories end up being either overpowered or useless, or are simply a cringy way to explain plot armor. Unless it's done well, but that's really rare.

So the latter and the less we see that, the better. (imo of course)
