@HnaaA , im not really sure.....there was a page with her/someone holding a book, or whatever; she called the suppossed heroine the 'heroine'....which I think is more likely to be said in novels/books/mangas....

Edit: I re-read it and at some point she said "Novel, Lady of The Black Rose." So, no. She wasnt Cayena that was reincarnated to a different world and reincarnated back to her original world.

Cus when she met the cruel ex who beat up the original Caeyana and killed her, (this is before time went back and MC reincarnted into her body) she started getting flashbacks of the Original Caeyana getting beaten up by the ex and was trembling in fear like she was actually the original Caeyana....but im not blind and clearly I saw when she talked about 'Novel of the Black Rose' ....so im rlly confused here....ive seen a lotta confused ppl in the comments too...so it mightve been a mistake or the Author purposelly wrote it like that cus this might be important....
